COTAW ELITE Grp. Is set to achieve high operational standards, meaning we ask our pilots to have sufficient experience under their belt, to ensure a smooth on-boarding process and avoid unnecessary confusion for insufficiently experienced pilots.

Entry Requirements

1. IF Grade 3 Pilot (Must)

Applicants must hold at least Grade 3 in Infinite Flight to ensure adequate experience and proficiency in flight operations.

2. 16 Years of Age (Must)

Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of applying to COTAW ELITE Grp.

3. Questionnaire Requirement (Must)

All applicants are required to complete an entrance questionnaire composed of 15 questions.

•A minimum score of 80% correct answers is mandatory to proceed with the application. (Find it below)

4. Recommended Knowledge and Skills:

•Familiarity with IFATC Rules and Procedures: A strong understanding of air traffic control procedures within Infinite Flight is encouraged.

•Communication Etiquette: Applicants should demonstrate professionalism and proper communication etiquette when interacting with staff, pilots, and ATC.
